Go for an amazing coffee at Saabi on Manson cafe in Hendra - it's a really unique/quaint cafe - you can watch racehorses stroll past from 6-7.30am, eat homemade cake (or great weekend cooked breakfasts) or have an old fashioned morning / afternoon tea, and its open 7 days. It's the happiest little cafe with the BEST vanilla slice in the world (I'm not kidding).
