This is really lovely at sunset, watching the city lights whilst cruising the river. I did this with a group of country girlfriends a few years ago and we all enjoyed the cruise up to Hamilton, and then back to Eagle St where we had dinner. I'd suggest the CityCat and a picnic basket to enjoy after. Then a decadent dessert and coffee to finish your date evening. This is on my list - when I get to Brisbane next.
