Take a drive out through wine country to the Maggie Beer Pheasant Farm. There, you can pick up a famous pheasant pate or seasonal cheese basket and lovely old-fashioned Ginger Beer or Sparkling Ruby Spritzer and picnic in picturesque settings on the grounds. A wonderful day in the country! If you're there at 2pm, head to the Farm Shop to catch the daily Verjuice cooking demonstrations.
