When you book in for your Circus Skills Workshop the supplier will contact you with classes to choose from. Depending on the date you want to take your workshop, you might choose a mixed circus class (including acrobalancing), or an aerial class. The mixed circus class gives you a taste of what it's like to be in the circus, as you practice skills such as floor tumbling, acro-balancing, trampolining and juggling. If you're looking for something a little more lofty, you might choose the aerial class which includes low trapeze, silks, aerial ring and rope. Each lesson runs for 75 minutes and includes a warm-up, skills session, cool-down and stretch. If you've ever dreamed of running away with the circus, this is a great place to start!
